Brb, Making Breakfast

Before COVID-19 I was never the biggest breakfast eater. Now that I have a 0 minute commute to work and more time on the weekends, I’m using the extra time to make myself breakfast. It’s become an act of self care for me that I’m really enjoying. The stillness of living alone is still settling in, so in the mornings I love to play music or listen to a podcast while I’m prepping my first meal of the day. In today’s blog I’ll be listing my fav go to’s during this quarantine time:

  1. Egg White Frittata’s, Turkey Bacon and Toast
